Water is 70% of human body. It gives oxygen and cleans up the body. It has the ability to combine with heavy objects in the body and dissolve them and take them out. A person with good habit of drinking water remains healthy and do not gain weight. Before eating any heavy and fatty food you should drink a glass of water. It will fill the stomach and their will be lesser want for the food. You can prefer energy drink or fresh juice to reduce hunger.

These days due to late night use of internet or work routine people sleep late. While working late they get some thing for eating. It is time after dinner so already person is filled.
